getting back google page rank

Is there a way to get back our page rank or not, two months ago
http://www.wirelesspedia.com and
http://www.telecomsearchengine.com/
page rank was 4/10 now it is 0/10

Maybe your site has been penalized or you violate the Google guideline

Maybe one of the high PR links to your website has been deleted on the web or you have been exchanging links mainly for link building.

To gain back your PR try to check unrelated back link to your site and focus on getting relevance link.

I agree with this one, just continue what you are doing and you'll gain back your PR, but if were you I'll focus on my SERP.

I lost my PageRank, however, my top keywords have moved to Google's First Page results from the 6th page.

Hi,
What is the email address for Google....I too lost my PR on all my inner pages all of which had a PR 3...I can not understand as my contact page has not lost the PR and has the same as my home page.

Pagerank has nothing to do with SERP...there are a lot of site that have a PR0 but can outrank the higher PR site..

yes man try to get rid of unrelated links
they hamper your rank a lot in long run. i got nice hits suddenly when i exchanged the links with misc sites. but then it gave me problems. now i am looking for just related links and that also quiality links

You are right, google filter the unrelated and excessive links of a site and it is one reason why a site is being penalized or possible have no page rank.

Hi! I am new to the forum and would like to know
if you are saying here that link exchanges may not be the best
way to go? I was thinking of joining one site that you can post
to PR 2-5. It costs to post according to the PR, and the posts
are manually read before added to the post. You are allowed
one link at the end of the post. It seems like a good deal but
wanted to get some opinions first.
