If you maintain the old site and the URL of your domain name, it has no negative effect on the ranking but effect on the traffic.

Wont affect your rating, just do it quick so your visitors dont have to much downtime

Donot take down your current server for two days or so, so that you give time for every name servers to point to your new site.

Changing the host will not effect till u keep all the things like the links, tags , design and navigation the same

Will it effect in ranking and visitors if i change hosting.
