disappearing from ranking

Hi guys,
my site was ranking for some keywords in google but now not appearing. what should i do??? is it in sand box??

i don't think that it's a sandbox thing...
you just have to do link building and making your target KWs as anchor text might improve your rankings

I hope this is true, because my best site is in now sandbox, I don't know when it comes back, but i keep backlinking stil..

If your site is new, it's normal.
By looking at your backlinks from Google, I see only 2 results. You really need to work on getting "quality" backlinks.

Well, you need to work hard and keep updating the content of your site if you want it to be appeared on Google on regular basis. You can do directory submissions, participate in related forums, keep updating blogs and follow many such techniques to keep your site appeared in Google.
