Does anyone guarantee 1st page link on Google?

That's an interesting video I found on youtube about Googlie ranking.
It says no one can guarantee the first page linking on Gle.

Yes there is no mathematical formular to guarantee number 1 on Google.You have to be in a niche market or to have have your own unique keywords but then ,the keywords that give you number 1 may be very unpopular with people

And, what you say, you can GUARANTEE 100%, you can take any site by certain keywords specified to put it on #1 position in Google?

No I dont think anyone can do that because it is depends a lot on competition
