Indexing the website

I've advertised on Adwords for several months but not sure if helping my ranking or indexing of the website
www.InsuranceBrokersGroup.com
How do you find out what your index is with google? Also is this going to increase my natural search?

Well I did the site:
www.InsuranceBrokersGroup.com and it came up with 129. Is that good, bad or ? If okay how do I get a higher number if possible?

It's not good and not bad
129 is just the quantity of pages indexed by google. Add more pages.
In order to get more information about your site from the google's point of view register at google webmaster center, it's free:
_www.google.com/webmasters/start/

no, they are a part of it, but not the untimate thing, other factors also count

Okay then what is the solution? Ultimately it's getting my site to come up organically as high as possible, especially with local searches.
Also, do additional domains that point at the primary site help, i.e.
www.myibg.com 
www.insurancebrokersgroup.com ?

P.s what effect, if any, does having the hosting company and their codes at the end of my web address have on the ability to identify my site and consider whether viable or not?
e.g.
www.mywebsite.com/agency34/indes.aspx etc., etc.??
