The first one doesn't have a lot of text to optimize so you look like you are going to push more for backlinks as you main source of optimization. If you can use alt attributes in the images but your ecommerce software might not let you do that.

what are alt attributes?

just alt= attributes. If you site is mostly image driven it gives engines at least something to go off of when they index you.

You need some text rather then pictures. also a few more backlinks will add serps

You should be aware about the things that are detectable by search engine spiders.. and add something ''readable'' not just pictures

Take off your pictures.. But I'm pretty sure that its not the reason why your site has not been indexed by G.. there are another reasons for that.. If you wanna indexed fast, get links to related site..
