Flash in front of the Swf can be indexed by Google Google, however until 6 / 30 only in their own Offical Google Webmaster Center Blog announced the news.

You need to tell the crawler that what are the pages it should visit and are a part of your site, for this you need to submit a sitemap. SITEMAP IS A .XML FILE HAVING ALL THE INFO ABOUT YOUR SITE.
YOU SHOULD ALWAYS UPLOAD A SITEMAP FILE. IT HELPS YOU TO GET BETTER INDEXED IN GOOGLE AND ALSO DRASTICALLY IMPROVES YOUR LISTING IN GOOGLE.

two weeks ago I started a new blog then last week I started to submit it on directories etc. and I've check it yesterday and it was already indexed on google.

Try to bookmark the site/ pages you wanted to be index in Social Bookmarking sites. This is very effective.
