I'm not sure if I'm correct about this, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but by linking from high PR websites to your own this will increase the chance of beeing spidered and Indexed FAST.
Are High PR websites spidered more often?
I often see very quick results by linking from PR5, PR6 and PR7 websites.
Sometimes we are talking about hours or only minutes.. It still surprises me how quick it goes sometimes.
People are very focused about the PR on the actual landing page, but if the latest forum or blog posts are visible through the frontpage with a (latest) link to the "story" and the link to your website you will be found very quickly.
Anyone else that might agree to my research and experiences?

Just do link building and choose quality related site.

Yes, I agree high PR site are often indexed but when it comes to get related links It doesn't matter for me if it's nofollow as long as it's related.

If you have a link from a site which is google bot frequently visited then your site will be index by google within few hours.

true but a lot of sites are going nofollow due to spam.

We ourselves and google bot also like high PR websites. But It is very difficult to find them and let them link to our website.

I agree. Just continue on link building even though you dont have that much PR you're still being crawled Google.

It's mostly on linking structure of the site (the more the merrier) and quality of content a site have which google love to crawl. If you have a link from them, you will surely gain good indexing rate too.

New to me the more the merrier, meaning more content to link to each other?

Quality is all you need to improve your SERP quality and not quantity.
