how often google refresh web site

I assume you want to know how often google visits your site.... well, that depends on how popular your site is.

i have submit my link in many sites , but when i search on google do not show anything :

but when i search for http://www.fullmm.com i found 5 site

Did you mean cache? I think it 5 - 7 days.

It is because Google doesn't show all your site links. The 5 sites that appear in your search results are the pages that had beed indexed by Google. You can use Google webmaster tool to review your site links and performance.
