It seems that google is down (at least in my territory) , I can access any URLS but not the big ONE. does anybody experiencing this snafu at the moment?

For your question, I have also encountered before, on the solution to the problem, I was not very clear, do not know no one knows.

Google is doing pretty good here

Couple of months ago, many Google Webmaster users reported some of google services are not working. Some even reported of about 1-2 days down, google might be updating on that time. It's geographical and not the whole Google.
