Why google is not accepting or counting my backlinks ?

HI,
I have a genuine problem, i tried to validate my site flowersentiments.com with webgrader tool, and it gives me score of 78.
it says our site has 10,000+ back links, but guess what,

my site is w3c standard combatible, PR 2, Pages indexed on google almost 5000 , and even on my best keyword "send gifts to pakistan , my site is showing on page 5 of google, which is

Please can any one help me regarding issue ??

How did you building your links? Even on Yahoo you only got one backlink to your site which is, also come from your site. Try social bookmarkings, quality directory submission, etc.

Usually when you have the title and your page doesn't show up it means 2 things :
1. you fail on metatag unique "description" or you have multiple pages with the same title
2. the content on the page it's not relevant enough to the title
This are the first things that came to my mind
Have you tried to promote your business by the use of a blog ? I have an article on my blog on this matter called blogging for business.

Thank you so much for replying.
But as i have told you, my meta tags are not same on every pages, you can have a look and see the meta tags vary on every page.
this is an ecommerce website designed to offer online shopping in pakistan,
can you please visit my site and check meta tags yourself? i have spent 12-14 hours daily in solving my problem for more than 10 days now, and still didn't get the answer completely.
Please just give me 5 mins , i will really apprciate it.

WEB GRADER shows 10,000 + back links , what this means then ? i have no idea.

I guess you have problems in your code and link building. Kinda check your link and your source code to a webmaster. Just post it to site review.
