can someone please help me with my site?

I'm trying to optimize my new blog site for google (I'm a beginner to SEO) and I'm having a real challenging time getting my keywords ranked. Can someone please take a look and give me some advice on where to go from here?

Your site is new and it takes time to get good rankings in google. Both good designs and high quality contents will attract search engine and users to love your site. Hang out on SEO forums like here where you can ask and learn a lot.

Update your blog regularly! Don't copy others work. Write quality and unique content. Optimize it on page and off page, signatures in forums would be helpful for your keywords.

Try to optimize the main title of your blog. I think it's a little big, You could try : "Gambling addiction, free informations and programs" - just a sugestion.
And also ad a description metatag for each post. Other then that do what the people before me said and in time you'll get ranking. Try to target another phrase with each article you write and the content of that article to be full with that phrase and synonyms and words related to that.
