how to submit my url to google?

this is my website and I've tried the other website that guranteed list in 48hours but I still don't see my website in google.

Your best way to get listed in Google is to exchange links with other sites. Make sure the site you're exchanging links with is in Google's index.
Submitting your site to search engines is a waste of time.
Also, if someone or some company says they can guarantee indexing or top listings in 24 hours, or 48 hours, or whatever...Just turn and run the other way. It doesn't work like that.
If you have a blog, post a link to your website in your blog, and ping it with Technorati. Blogs seem to get indexed often and quickly.

you can also submit your site using :

but there is no garantee that it will be fast.

This is Good Option, Better would be submit your sites in high ranking Blogs/sites.
and create your Blog in Word press.
Third option is Social Media Optimization.
Many social Media Optimization sites are the Best for quality traffics and back links.

I have a suggestion. Never submit a site to google. Because its not required. Just create back link and it will be indexed soon. My site
http://www.itsupportcell.com was indexed with in two days of creation. and i had used this technique

You don't necessarily need to submit your site to Google or on other search engines. Let the SEs find your site naturally....

create the sitemap and open the google web tool master account and submit your sitemap will be good

submit should be enough. sitemap helps for a faster listing. content matters a lot

In these days, google crawls and discover new websites without submitting to google. Trying building links and site will be indexed more quickly.
