Why do you have to submit your site to Google? It doesn't help to much if you are not following major optimization technics. I understand, your concern is to get indexed your pages as soon as possible, and submitting your site to Google is not the best solution. Try to build your backlinks with relevant sites and directories and you will see your site indexed very soon. Google will find references to your site and will index your site automatically. Also, don't forget about importance of your site relevant content.

Have a great day

To get indexed by Google you have to have at least on link pointing to you from another website. The easiest way to do it is to social bookmark it.

check your site's content are duplicate or not. If your site's content is than it will index without any submit.

Submitting your site to more often indexed site could help also index ad crawl your site. Forums and social bookmarking sites are good examples.

Google is experimenting with removing the side ads and has increased the width of the SERP to 600px. Now we have upto 70 characters visible in the title as compared to 56.
