The last PageRank toolbar update was end of Sep 2008, they are usually every 2-3 months.

The next one will be anytime after the end of Nov 2008.

No one can exact answer, Only google know's. The google PR update takes 3 months (apporx). So...

It is good and relative backlinks and high quality contents that ranks the importance of your pages/site.

For a rough guide pagerank updated only take place every 3-4 months. However, if you have backlinks from authority site with high pr, this process may occer faster.

as what they've said its 3-4 months before the next update. so if you're into PR, you should look for links with PR3 above and most likely, you'll get those links thru link exchanges.
