If we compare Fiverr services with pricing then seem quite good, but if we look at a Google algorithm then these 5$ services are worst for our website.
Fiverr user makes tons of backlinks using link building software in just 5$ which helps Google to send our website in the sandbox. Tha's why am not going to suggest you to use Fiverr services for SEO.

NO if you serious about your site dont even think of using fiverr they dont use manual link building like my service, for 5usd nobody is going to do it manually and safe invest little bit more money and you can get high quality backlinks
