Let's start with me. Usually what I do in getiing massive traffic to my site is using craigslist.org. I created a simple buzz with some interesting photos and entice craglist communities to my site. This method is very effective, you can try it and see traffic flowing to your site.

Most effective to me are forum postings, ad postings, social bookmarking and social networking. Be active in an online community and interact with them, it's one of the best way to attract visitors.

I think social site's will give you more traffic, market sales and also link baiting.

Creating a blog and promoting your site in all the popular social networking sites is a good way to enhance traffic.

Offline methods can work well, particularly if you need geo-targeted traffic. It takes a while and just trickles in, but the traffic from this method is pretty high quality.

You can use flyers and posters. And if you want to get really creative, why not have a customized number plate? Think how many people would see that after a while.

Right now, I am using a video submission tool which automatically submits to different social bookmarking sites, video sites and blog sites.

Main factor in seo content is king, first you maintain quality content, do promote your site.

submit ur site to all major search engines it willl work for sure

Being active in social networking sites is a good way of getting traffic...this is a best way in marketing your product as well...
