We can't really tell the exact Google Algo unless you're from Google.

They update their algo regularly, just always keep updated with latest news or keep reading from Google blogs or any other experts close to Google to get ideas and latest changes.

yes but an expert person can guess the google behavior .....so we cannot say that it is impossible .....there are lot of sites available which tell about the google algorithms .....u should study about it .....

Google PageRank algoritham is given by

PR(A) = (1-d) + d (PR(T1)/C(T1) + ... + PR(Tn)/C(Tn))

where
PR(A) is the PageRank of page A,
PR(Ti) is the PageRank of pages Ti which link to page A,
C(Ti) is the number of outbound links on page Ti and
d is a damping factor which can be set between 0 and 1.

Nobody knows except Google. Only according to exp can share some prediction. Also now google changing many in the algo bcz can see BL updating weekly and some good sites are crawling daily. So its unpredictable
