1. Make your bookmark entry first
2. Get votes for your bookmark (Minimum 100 Votes)
3. Your book has chance to appear in Digg and like sites.

You are right. But make sure you are submitting unique articles/stories to gain high votes.

If the title will be catchy and the content has something to offer i think people will going to read your bookmark...images also plays important role..
