Small Google Search Engine Box Code on Web Sites

I've seen the little google search engine box on websites where
its dedicated to the site only. Is this helpful for google ranking,
is this an SEO trick? If so where do I find and make a code so
that I may have this google box on my website?

Putting Google search to your site will not help to increase rankings. To get it, sign up for Google Adsense account and look for "AdSense Setup", then AdSense for Search, complete the forms then install the code to your site.
It might not help on your ranking but it could a source of income.

I think using of google search box on site, it is not helps to ranking.

Google search is not meant for SEO trick. It's a part of google adsense program where you can earns money when someone clicks on ads published in your site.
