There are a lot of the algo.
But I think the main is the Quality-Backlink.

Google algo have to many way work most important thing google fist prefer only relevant work. if you do only relevant work then google give google result your site...

There are many factors in the algorithm, but the most important are:

1. Backlinks with relevant anchor text
2. Relevant title and meta description
3. Domain

Google's keyword search function is similar to other search engines. Google consider many different factors within its algorythm. Of caurse relevant backlinks, anchor text, keywords within hyperlinks. And I think one of the most important factors is friendly, unique and natural content.

I think no body knows the algorithm of each search engine but they they have guidelines to follow.
