About google's domain?

I have some sites.
My sites have some top keywords in google.com but in another domain like google.co.id, my keyword is not in first page in results page.
Was it because the location of the website is located outside the domain of google?

Server's location also determine in which country your website will perform better.

Of course if you want to go for Geo-Targeting you will collect backlinks from google.com.id sites cause this will give more relevancy to your site. This way it will help you in boosting your rankings on Google Indonesia.

Yes to be in the data center of that area..your site must be place by G on its proper index..plus collecting of large number of relevant quality backlinks from sites which are based on that area will be more favorable to you to be on the query result.

Yes. Because it is not optimized globally. Hosting it on a local server like for example, Australian hosting, can help you target good rankings for google.com.au.

To rank well in a country level domain, my suggestions are
Make sure that you are hosted in that country with an IP from that country
Buy a country level domain, if possible
Obtain links that are geo-targeted within that country
Set Google's geographic targeting within webmaster tools

Google has different data centers on different locations. This is the main reason why ranking varies depending on the location.

Definitely true. Also, I suggest that when you optimize your keywords, choose those keywords that has higher searches on a particular geographical target.
