I noticed time to time i received various pay rates for google adsense ads for each visitors, when they click on ads. This rate change $0.01 to over $1. To get highest payment from google adsense for each click what should i do to my site. My site is about make money online.

Google is just showing ads accordingly to what Adsense bots indexed about your site, and also it depends with advertisers and their bids for advertisement in Adwords. So there's nothing you can do but create good content so you can get good ads and then gather more traffic so there are more people who would notice the ads.

I think the click rate depends upon several important factors - Relevant Content creation and regular updation; proper placing of ads do play a pretty vital role for sure.
