You can submit your site to popular SE's only once then just wait to be indexed by other SE's. You can take for consideration submitting your sitemap also to SE's for faster indexing and to help your deeplinks be index.

Once is enough, but some of Website Promotion services provider saying that you should submit once a month for good penetration.

you can only submit your site in search engine once but you can optimize your site everytime you want.

I don't care to submit my website in search engines. Even, I would suggest to carry on with your link building stuffs and search engines will automatically crawl your website faster.

Well, I don't submit to search engine but theres nothing wrong about search engine submissions,...But for me its a waste of time.

Submitting your website multiple times has no effect on your position in the search engines, nor does it effect the frequency with which the search engines will visit your website.

Once is enough!

Why do you want to submit it? Actually, it is not necessary
