Google update their PR just recently...so it expect to have a PR update 2-3 months.

Maybe the major one will happen around late March till early April, although in the last few months, there are minor PR changes happened every month which are mostly PR drop.

The recent PR drop is likely a penalty as what happened to Google Japan.

Google sometimes is unpredictable maybe last of march or first week of April.
