My page is not crawled for past 10 days

My inner page where I am working now has 4 page rank, but then also, Google has not crawl it for the past 10 days. Please let me know the reason and how to solve it.

have u updated it with new content in these 10 days or even from some days..
updating content is very important.

Yes I have updated my content 7 days back. But its not getting crawled.. besides that the page has PR 4. What is going on?

It is really obvious that you do
Black Hat Strategy on your page. Redundant used of "birthday" keyword on your page. This strategy is somewhat very effective when achieving high rankings, but SE's are very smart since they can now tolerate site's who often practice this kind of "spammy" technique.

Adding new content is important, no doubt. But you should also revisit linkability. Is the page just a click away frm the home page. Also, are you generating links directly to this PR4 page. If all of these are synced, you should see Google frequently visiting inner pages

Remove almost all "Birthday" words from your content. Leave aprox 3% keyword density.Now density is 9%.
Also remove Bold style from text

If you open an account with Google webmaster's tool then you will get an option that will let you know that you can choose the google crawler visiting your website duration. if you want your website to be crawled daily then you should choose the option accordingly

i think there are problems on your tags that's why... or you can try to social bookmark your inner pages, i can help in raking your inner pages

I think your page is being crawled by Google bot due to it do return updated cache page of that link. You can check it on your Google webmaster tool to make sure..

Have you sent Sitemap ? and when you update a new content then use Ping
