good list. but what are effect of bookmarking. i dont think google does much notice for bookmarking.

All those bookmarking sites are different by relevancy to my site. As far as I know if the site is not from bad neighborhood, then it doesn't hurt to post the link on it. But it also doesn't help too much. So, if my site is about coupon codes with promotions for the brand name clothing and shoes, then I have to look specifically for backlinks to the relevant sites. That's what I think, correct me if I'm wrong

I am still little bit doubtful about bad neighborhood penalty. Because imaging your competitors posting your sites to bad neighborhood to make you a spam site.

Social bookmarking will only be useful in SEO if you will use only those sites which allows dofollow.

This was a good list. But Not sure about the credibility of these websites as google as strict guidelines when getting the backlinks.
