One of my Web Page is showing different title(Synonym of the original one) in Google SERP than my web page actually has.No other web page in my webSite has the same title.

This web page is ranked # 1 in google SERP for one of my keyword.

Let us take an example:
Title of my web page: UTI - Medicine
Title in SERP : Urine Infection - Medicine

Is it a problem or some othe issue?

When was the last time you changed your site title? Give strong backlinks using your new title and use it as anchor text, soon your SERP information will changed.

I haven't chaged my title yet.It is as it is from the very first day of site development.

Check if it's the same title that appears in DMOZ, is it?

it might be the cas that you have changes your website title and after that crawler has not crawled your PR
