Are you sure you have a penalty, or that your site just doesn't have enough links to get rankings for the keywords you want. To check if you have a penalty in Google, you should verify the site in their webmaster tools, if you haven't done so already and then submit a reinclusion request. Google will send you back a generic email telling you whether you have some type of penalty. Usually the response is very generic. In the meantime I would work on building up more links and content. You are in a very competitive market and there are a lot of sites trying to target the same thing. If you need more help, let me know.

I don't think your site has been penalized by Google. Its inner pages are still indexed by Google. Maybe your seo campaign isn't effective. What have you been doing to optimize your site?

I see your site is already cached and indexed by Google. Like others suggested, you should formulate a better link building methods, those strong one with correct procedure. I think you don't need a "reinclusion request", for when you gathered strong backlinks, more google bots will do the inclusion for you.

To see the reinclusion request link you should log in to your webmastertools. If you don't have an accout create one and request google for reconsideration.

Might be it's in Sand Box...... due to spam...... re-optimize your site and get quality back links is only the way to get out of sand box...... all the best!!!

TrafficVault is right. If you are using Google Webmaster tools, you can send an e-mail from there and Google will usually confirm if you were or weren't penalized. In some cases, they will actually tell you what or where the penalty comes from.

If there is any penaltyon your website then contact Google and know why you are in there...to remove the penalty you must contact and have some manual interruption from Google ..
