If you submit your articles to sites like EZine Articles, and they get listed with a back link to your site, are they considered quality links?

If u want a new webpage to be cashed/indexed by google or some other Search Engine, it is a better to submit on ezine.

Further, to get a traffic to ur site.

Page on which ur article appears on ezine shows good PR.Thus adds some quality to ur site.
Very few article submission site shows the PR of the Page on which ur article appears.

Ezine has good alexa rank.

These are some points that add quality to ur backlink.


However, the fact that the backlink from the Article submission site doesn't contribute to PR of ur site(Just adds the traffic to ur site) for google, is one of the main factor to be undertaken.

To know what people are searching to find ur Article/Site,it is good to submit on ezine.

Links from article submission are considered quality backlinks or one-way links. They can also drive traffic to a site.

That's one part of link building strategy.

^ Yes. Quality writing is far more important. If your content is interesting then reader will automatically clicks on the link you provide. Be sure to submit only to those free article sites with high PR.

Also one factor there is your content itself. How unique and interesting it is? By making those high quality contents, even on social sites and news/story sharing sites you will get good traffic and backlinks.
