Those high paying keywords are usually hard to get traffic as the competition is very tough.

Are those keywords a name of medicine or something? If it is medicine, I guess it's a very competitive one.

lol. i don't even know the what is the 1st keyword. But I think its some medicine keyword and the 2nd one is for buildings.

Mesothelioma is a form of cancer that is almost always caused by exposure to asbestos.
And I guess the cure is very expensive....what a nice business!
