that is a very tough question i think, lol.

i think you should make sure that your meta tags and keywords are in good shape do some on page optimization, to arrange keywords and tags

it is a bit annoying because my one is pr 5 in yahoo is on the first page with most of keywords and with some first position and in Google not.

You'll need quality and relevant backlinks, and good SEO. Competition on top position is rather tougher.

High quality backlinks!! It also matters what your site is about, if you have a site with less popular keywords it is obviously going to be easier to get on the first page.
