Usually google will redirect you to google india, but you'll have the option to go to google.com from the links "Go to Google.com" at the bottom of google's page.

Google base the default datacenter for everyone of us, it's accordingly to our IP and google knows where's our location and country.

I Think Google automatically specify what country where you in as they detect your IP.

i think it depends on your web host... if your web host is based on sweden then there are chances that you will rank in sweden Search Engine
