Hey man, rather than exchanging link like that, Y can't you try more social bookmarks submissions? I am sure, that will drive a huge traffic to you...

^ Yeah, there are many other methods to increase inbound links. Try other methods like forum posting, article submission, social bookmarking, etc.

Why dont you try social bookmarking, social networking, article submission,, forum posting, blog commenting. They are really good techniques to give a boos to your traffic.

IMO, you shouldn't make the offer by posting your url here. If someone from google find out your link exchange offer, you may get penalty for link trading.

i think you can also use your deeplinks to rank your site... i think that's what we called PR juice or link juice i guess....
you can use social bookmarking sites or deeplink sites

This type of link exchange works, however it may depend on where you are and what search engine you want to rank high in. From my experience, reciprocal links work in smaller local Google websites, such as Google Slovakia. However, I've heard it does not work so well in the USA and if you want to rank high there, you need to use other techniques. Social networks seem like a good idea to me.
