Hello guys, i'm new in SEO, can everyone teach me some Google Ranking Factors for new website? What is the SEO guideline i should read to start SEO for my website?

The first thing: try to post many as many content as possible. With more content at longtail keywords, you can get small amount of traffic and then mimic it by backlinks

Google ranking factors are your web content: how fresh and up-to-date it is. secondly, your keywords: go for those that are lowly competitive so that you website can rank high in search engine results. thirdly, your backlinks: make sure you don't create so much of them, just some and from high authority websites like worpress, google, microsoft, CNN, HP, SPAM, blogger etc.

Your content should be constantly update. Also, your site speed and bounce rate. Lastly, amount of link i.e., outbound and inbound link to your site.

Ranking Factors for new website is :
(1)Quality Backlinks - Make quality backlinks from good Quality High PR website, Don't get spam backlinks & Don't create too many backlinks for new your website.
(2)Website speed - Webpages should be less then 3 seconds.
(3)Website content - Content must be SEO Friendly, it should be easy to read & understand.
(4)Bounce rate - Must keep your website's bounce rate under 60%.

Definitely good content with healthy key word ratio, good written meta name and meta description tags, loading speed of the site, and most importantly backlinks
