I highly recommend you don't even think about cheating with google, Let it happens naturally and try to use the cleaned methods, then success will come to you!

Yes, use like4like or addmefast.com to get fake traffic on the website. It increases the hits of the website and decreases the Alexa rank. But may be ranking will be affected.

The answer is "yes". There's some tools can help you fake your traffic.
However, I dont recommend you using tool. Not Only Google will penalty your fake traffic but it's about your content that you do not have traffic, right?

One can always try to cheat google... in the short run you even might succeed with better rankings. However in the long run they will find out and punish you.
