Bookmarking Submission Not accepting for my site?

Hi Friends

I have been doing SEO for Financial site in USA. i have updated the onpage optimization,google verification code,sitemap and robots.txt . All the URL has been updated in google. While doing off page activities for keywords the URL is invalid message comming for all the pages in site. What is the actual solution for this Kindly update
