Is it really effective if we change Crawel rate in Google Webmaster panel to change the speed of indexing our website's pages?
How much does it related to pagerank?

PR is mostly based on you backlink, so getting higher crawl rate for you site will not affect it as crawling start from other's site.

I think the main use of faster crawl rate is for sites that are more frequently updated.

If you want to change the crawl rate the best idea would be change only the sites that are not in the root level for example... www.submitexpress.com/folder

I think crawl rate doesn't affect on how your site getting PR.

crawl rate is helpful only if your site has some change in content.. & it does not effect PR at all..

Yes, i think so that crawl rate will index your update only. Only quality backlinks can improve your PR. There are not any relation between crwal and PR.

Googles crawl rate and your websites PR are completely unrelated.

There is no need to adjust the crawl rate in your webmaster tools really, just let Google determine how often. Getting links to your site will increase your crawl rate and your sites PR, so links are your answer, not settings

Crawl rate just to allow Google to crawl your site at which level of speed. How much does it contribute on your PR depends on how quality your site is.

Crawl rate has nothing to do with pagerank. A high crawl rate only means you have many contents in your website that need to be crawled by bots.

I don't think so that there is any relation between your site's PR and crawl rates. Your site pr is increases when you have highest pr backlinks. These backlinks effect of your pr.

Yes, it can speed up indexed. But no help in SEO
