before you can set ad campaign you should consider your pages optimization proper meta tags and title and content optimization because suppose you got more traffic via ad campaign user are expect more information what they want so need properly optimize optimization process then you go google ads, facebook ads and much more

You are investing a lot in google ads. People come and click and never come back again and you might loss lot of money on those clicks.
If you are smart, you need to do 2 important things.

1. Put an opt-in lead capture form and capture the emails of people coming to your website
2. Put a live chat option and try to convince visitors and convert them as your leads. If not, before they leave, ask for their email and phone for follow ups. (whenever, you cannot be online, pause the google ads.

Another important thing, never add plenty of keywords in campaigns, add only narrow and long tile keywords to get maximum conversion.

Improving lead quality means lowering volume.
Target more specific keywords.

Don't use broad keyword, otherwise you will get junk of irrelevant traffic and lead
Target city-based keywords it gives quality leads
Use intuitive words and call to action buttons
Describe your service clearly on landing pages

i think its the same as any other campaign, you really need to research the right keywords. you might want to go for competitive keywords because these are the most result oriented.

- Create the most relevant ad you can.
- Do not mention anything in the ad that you do not provide
- Keep the landing simple and sober. Content should be to the point.
- Implement call-to-action at the proper positions, etc.
