Google has announced a major algo change regarding NOFOLLOW links. What do you think?
What sites do you think Google may count the links as DOFOLLOW while they use NOFOLLOW? My guess is Wikipedia and Quora ad the biggest 2 sites.

Yes. The nofollow links would finally be valued from now onwards. And link building is going to be more difficult.
