That's great because there will be an alert for every webmasters.

That would be a great tool for us online marketers. I'm just curious on how well that tool works. Can it read all links clicked by a certain visitors even though its just tiny URL or some sort of those no-follow.

Google alert is really a good tool for checking the reputation in the internet world.But very few people know about it,normally they use it for getting news on any specific topics.

Yes, i think it's essential to have this sort of tool. With all the spam going around, it pays to have something like this on hand.
