The Google Sandbox is a separate filter of Google who alleged restriction placed on new sites.
What do you think?

I have noticed that some sites are more affected by the sandbox, I think this all has to do with how competitive a niche is. It might not be fair but it helps slow down some of the spammers.

The Sandbox is a phenomenon that people have claimed to observe in the ranking of web pages.A filter affect that Google places on new domains to stop the website from high rankings for the main keywords.

I think that a sandbox is a security mechanism for separating running programs.

There is no such thing as sandbox because Matt Cutts can't explain it clearly.

Are you registering in the google webmasters tools?

When I have registered - I saw that my site with yellow sign "site not in index" description. They describes all your mistakes.

You need write to google support.

when you press on your site name - in the panel of instruments you can see the status of you site, but you need wait for some days. Because google does'n copies the information about your site to the webmaster tools so quickly.
When the information appeares you can see your status and decide what to do.
