Site Map and robots.txt file for better SEO

Make sure you've got a site map, most engines look for that to see what's out there. They will also look for a robots.txt file, got one? The biggest factor is time. The engines come and take a look, read a few pages, come back later, read a few more. After 6 months or so, most engines will have most of your site. It takes time.

Agreed, this is good advice. People take for granted that it takes time. Everyone wants everything to happen right away. The web is a big place and the engine do a good job, and they get better everyday.
