I have a question:
I want to know is there any ways that i increase my website traffic and also its pagerank?
Can i use of SEO companies too ans do you know a cheap SEO compnay?

What you can do is to submit your website to relevant other websites and get a backlink that way, further Article submission and Social Bookmarking are some effective way to get both traffic and PR.

You want to increase your website PR you have to do link building, i.e directories submissions, article submissions, Press Release submissions, and get good quality back links from other domains related to your business. And add unique content in your site... To increase traffic do social bookmarking submissions this will help to increase traffic and position of your site in search engines... Create a profile in social networking sites and tell about your website to others..

You just need to focus in getting quality backlinks. You can gain your backlinks by doing off page optimization. Like directory submission and forum posting. Seems Goggle frequently index link in forums. Just be sure you are participating in forums

Start to build links and choose right keywords for your site.

Join some social media, social networking and bookmarking sites to get traffic. Build more backlinks if you want your pagerank to increase.

If you want to go with an SEO company I suggest you stay away from the really cheap ones. There's a reason why they are cheap

You could opt to do your own SEO. Website age and links from authority sites are key to PR

To increase your traffic, you must post your link on social networking sites. If you want to increase your page rank you must build links on do follow websites.

To increase traffic I am doing following:
* web directory submission
* article submission
* blog directory submission
* Feed submission
* forum posting (through signature)
* press release submission
* Social bookmarking in digg and deals.
* online group posting
* promotional ads
* link exchange

The number of pages your site has in the Google Index also affects your Page Rank so try to increase your total indexed pages in Google.

above suggestions are useful, for me, always update your site content use keywords that are competitive. and let google know that your site is alive and update always by using above suggestions. hope it help
