Can sites on free host have pr

Well, since long time i am having a question

i want to knwo whether sites which are hosted on free host like say 1500mb or freewebservice.net can have pr or not

i want to know that because i have hosted my site
http://pixelgroups.1500mb.com on 1500mb.com

and then i use free domain.co.nr to redirect user to my free hosted site.
So, can i gt my site listed on google and also get pr.

By the way i just came to knw abt this forum. i read few of the topics and woudl lke to tell the moderators that guys you are doing a great job.
And who else can give u good tips then the SEO professionals.

It is possible to have PR, but i think quite difficult to have high PR and to exchange link beacuse people will not willing to exchange link with free hosting and directory hardly accept those site. Anyway, just try to submit directory and exchange links as much as possible. Who's know what will happen.

Join Google blog to have PR3 is not difficult also

It's possible but complex. Added to the difficulty of getting people linking to you, you'll find almost impossible to get listed in the web directories, which are key to build some links.

can i have pages of my own design or they have standar design layouts to choose from

Its amazing how much the price of hosting and domains has dropped in the past few years.

I remember back in 98, it cost $70.00 p/year to get a domain and hosting was expensive too.

And now theres all these places which offer hosting like around $3.00 p/month and I saw an ad on yahoo like $1.99 p/domain for the first year.
