How often does page Rank change?
I mean how often is it revised and renewed by google?!

Hi Akash,
I appreciate what you were saying about increase the number of inbound links you have, but its not that simple these days to find one way links and also with the threat of using add farms ect it can be a bit off putting,
any good recomendations?

Make a template for asking people to trade links with you.
Send this email template to every site you can find that has a pagerank 3 or above, and ask for a link from a page with a google pagerank (any link will be better than none)

But it is recommend to exchange link with relevant site, eg painting with art site. If exchange link with un-relevant site like painting with high PR adult site, does it will help?

Yes you are right generating links these days is not too easy but you have many options for generating links nowadays than ever it just needs some hardwork.
I have generated 5,000+ links in less than 3 months, by just doing the following things, directory submissions to hundreds of directories, link exchanges, forum posting and article writing and submission.

Hi,
Well I agree with Akash that page Rank change every three months but PR is updated or close at Google daily. New links are factored into the equation and they are applied to a page's PR. You just cannot see this PR until Google does its next public PR update.
