As I am new in SEO field I wanted to know how PR works. But it is quiet embarrasing to notice that the viewers of this thread deny to answer the query eagerly made by me.

I would like to know whether the question put up by me is suitable for this particular thread or it is a mere stupid question having no meaning in itself.
