sight not ranking in the top 100

my website www.costa-blancarentals.com is currently not ranking in the top 100 for google, can anyone tell me why.

It took 2 years before my site was in the Top100. Just keep building links and optimize your site using http://www.webceo.com

have tried using webceo didn't really get on with it thanks anyway
