How do I know if I have Google Friendly Site?

How do I know if I am set up so that Google likes me? I currently have a page ranking of 4 and have done for a while but not sure how I can increase on that now. I have been trying to add to sites with higher page rankings.

Here is a couple of things you can improve on:
1) Put your most important keywords in your title tages of main page and internal pages.
2) Google and other search engines usually do not index dynamic pages with over 3 parameters such as this
http://www.mumszone.co.uk/index.php?opt ... &Itemid=40
By counting the = equal signs, you can find out how many parameters you have. On this one you have 4.
You can install a mod_rewrite or create static equivalant of those pages to combat that problem. In addition your shopping cart software may already offer some options to generate static pages or fix the URL's

Thanks for your reply. Sorry not sure how to install a mod_rewrite or create static equivalant of those pages. Also Im not using shopping cart software, were you referring to my Mambo portal?

There is more info about mod_rewrite here:

To create static equivalant of your pages, simply save your page from your browser in HTML format and then name it something similar and upload to your website. Make sure to place a link to these pages from some place on your site, such as bottom of your main page, so the search engines could discover them. The only problem you will face here is that everytime you update related info such as prices, you will need to recreate these pages.

Ive recently purchased something to make my mambo pages search engine friendly so hoping it will get better. I have noticed that whilst I am being indexed really well by MSN and Yahoo, the same cant be said of google! Any ideas why?

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully now that I have SEF advanced the urls should be a bit friendlier

well all the options seems to be very complicated to me also.
i have an easy option although i dont bet it is the best, but you will get an idea for sure
install IBP and there you can get a lot of information about your site and how it stands for seo.
