If anyone can help me out. I am currently not recognized by Google. Can anyone help? Here is my site www.elitevegasrealestate.com

Your home page is in google's index but the rest of your pages are not in the index, it is difficult to say weather or not you are sandboxed, most new sites experience some sort of sandbox effect, I would make a html site map with text links to all of the different pages of your website and link to it from your home page, I would also make an XML sitemap and submit it to google, then start building up backlinks by submiting to directories an excellent list of free ones can be found at www.directorycritic.com, your website doesn't appear to be optimised I would also look at getting your site optimised.

I agree with that. It just proves that, for the most part, it just takes time to build up a trust with Google so they reward you with good keyword positions. If you do anything in SEO that is considered shady, you will be punished...

I think you seem to have been doing ok up to yet. My seq didn’t say how old your site was, but you seem to have some good back links and a nice looking site.

Keep working on good quality content for your site, and with a bit of patience you will prob start to see some pay off soon.

Oh, but as was mentioned before, don’t be tempted to do anything shady because if you get caught, all of your hard work will be down the drain.

You should use the time in the sandbox to work on links and information on your site.

as its been 3 months since you posted this questions and what are your current rankings ? and how many back links have you got in the mean time ?
